Lagani i ukusni pupatori su ukusno i jednostavno jelo savršeno za ljeto.

Easy and delicious fried zucchini flowers are an easy-to-make dish perfect for summer.


Priprema pupatora je jednostavna: potrebna su vam samo 4 sastojka (pupatori, brašno, sol, maslinovo ulje) i oko 20 minuta i uspjeh je zagarantiran!

Making fried zucchini flowers at home is easy: you only need 4 ingredients (flowers, flour, salt, olive oil) and about 20 minutes, and success is guaranteed!


Proces uključuje čišćenje pupatora, izradu jednostavnog tijesta i prženje.

The process involves cleaning the flowers, making a simple batter, and frying them.




Pohovani pupatori za neke mogu biti neobični, ali većina ljudi ih voli.

Fried zucchini flowers may be unusual for some but most people love them.


Nježnog su i gotovo slatkastog okusa, hrskavi su, a izgledaju lijepo, primamljivih žutih, narančastih i zelenih nijansi.

They have a delicate and almost sweet taste, they are crispy, and they look pretty, with inviting yellow, orange, and green hues.


Uzmite veliku tavu i ulijte obilnu količinu ulja.

Take a large pan and pour a generous amount of oil.


Uzmite jedan po jedan pupator, uvaljajte ga u tijesto (brašno, sol, malo mlijeka) i nježno stavite u vruće ulje.

Take one flower at a time, pass it onto the batter (flour, salt, some milk), and put it delicately into the hot oil.


Kada obje strane porumene, izvadite ih iz tave i posložite na kuhinjski papir da upije višak ulja.

When both sides are golden brown, take them off the pan, and lay them on kitchen paper to absorb the excess oil.


Posolite i poslužite vruće.

Add salt and serve hot.
