Cancellation Policy

Since Sanja Croata is a small business, no-shows, cancellations, and changes cannot be accommodated. Thanks for understanding.

1. Rescheduling is allowed up to 12 hours before the class start time.

2. There will be no refund for any changes to bookings within 12 hours of the scheduled class start time.

3. Payments for missed classes cannot be rescheduled, refundable, or transferred.

4. No refunds for unused lessons.
